1. Are items made in advance?

  • All Earthlines products are made to order, which helps reduce overproduction. Delivery may take a little longer than typical stock items.

2. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

  • Email safi@earthlines.net within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order ID and photos of the item.
  • We’ll issue a full refund or replacement, including return shipping if the damage was our fault.

3. Can I return an item for another reason?

  • Yes! Contact us first to confirm the correct return address.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Shipping & Address Notes

  • We ship to the exact address provided at checkout.
  • Once shipped, addresses cannot be changed.
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

5. Tips for Returning Valuable Items

  • For returns over $75, use trackable shipping or insurance.

We cannot guarantee the return is received if it is lost or damaged in transit.
