1. Are items made in advance?
- All Earthlines products are made to order, which helps reduce overproduction. Delivery may take a little longer than typical stock items.
2. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
- Email safi@earthlines.net within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order ID and photos of the item.
- We’ll issue a full refund or replacement, including return shipping if the damage was our fault.
3. Can I return an item for another reason?
- Yes! Contact us first to confirm the correct return address.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Shipping & Address Notes
- We ship to the exact address provided at checkout.
- Once shipped, addresses cannot be changed.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
